Project brief

Secomm's leadership wanted to move beyond AI hype and build a clear, shared understanding of how agentic AI works and where it could strengthen their eCommerce solutions and digital services. Beyond strategy, they wanted a concrete, working example their teams could learn from and build on.

How we work

We started with a series of hands-on workshops with company leadership, teaching them the latest developments in AI and unpacking how an agentic AI harness actually works — how agents reason, use tools, and coordinate to complete real tasks.

Executive workshops on the latest AI and agentic AI developments
Deep dives into how an agentic AI harness works end to end
Mapping agentic AI to engineering team workflows and delivery
Identifying opportunities across business and operations teams
Applying agentic AI to eCommerce experiences for their customers

We then translated that understanding into practice by designing and building a pilot agentic AI harness for their teams — a working foundation they could evaluate, extend, and roll out with confidence.

Pilot agentic AI harness tailored to Secomm's stack
Reusable agent, tool, and workflow patterns
Guardrails, safety, and governance baked in
Reference use cases for engineering and business teams
Customer-facing eCommerce scenarios

Results

Leadership left with a shared, practical understanding of agentic AI, and a live pilot harness that proved its value across engineering, business, and customer-facing eCommerce use cases.

Upskilled leadership on agentic AI and how a harness works
Working pilot harness deployed for their teams
Clear opportunities mapped across engineering and business
Agentic AI applied to eCommerce customer journeys
Confident foundation for AI adoption at scale

Project brief

Enably 360 wanted to bring AI into both software delivery and platform operations in a way that was practical, safe, and immediately useful. They needed a foundation their team could trust, along with targeted automation opportunities that would reduce manual effort in core business workflows.

How we work

We set up an agentic AI harness for the Enably 360 platform using Claude Code, tailored custom skills, and guardrails aligned to the team's delivery standards. This gave the team a structured way to use AI in day-to-day engineering work without sacrificing consistency or control.

Claude Code setup for engineering workflows
Custom skills aligned to the Enably 360 platform
Guardrails for a safer, more consistent agentic AI harness
Team enablement around practical AI usage in software delivery
Repeatable foundations for scaling the harness across product development

Alongside the delivery workflow, we introduced AI capabilities to automate parts of the order and payment processing lifecycle. The focus was on reducing manual handling in operational tasks while improving speed and consistency where the platform processes high-value business activity.

AI capabilities mapped to order processing workflows
Automation opportunities identified across payment handling
Workflow design focused on accuracy and operational control
Practical application of AI to back-office platform operations
Foundations for further automation use cases over time

Results

Enably 360 now has a stronger foundation for adopting AI across both engineering and operations. The team can work within a safer agentic AI harness, while order and payment workflows are better positioned for automation and scale.

Agentic AI harness established for the platform team
Custom skills and guardrails embedded into delivery workflows
Safer, more consistent use of AI in engineering
Automation introduced for order and payment processing
Clear foundation for expanding AI capabilities across the platform
