Secomm's leadership wanted to move beyond AI hype and build a clear, shared understanding of how agentic AI works and where it could strengthen their eCommerce solutions and digital services. Beyond strategy, they wanted a concrete, working example their teams could learn from and build on.

How we work

We started with a series of hands-on workshops with company leadership, teaching them the latest developments in AI and unpacking how an agentic AI harness actually works — how agents reason, use tools, and coordinate to complete real tasks.
